Ryan Lochte was caught using “performance enhancing drugs”, serving as head of the USA Swimming committee I believe that Lochte should be banned from USA Swimming as well as stripped from all of his world championships and other medals won. The issue that we are facing with Lochte is a very serious allegation and we must act in order to protect the representation of the organization.
Some may feel as though Lochte should not be stripped from his awards because we don’t know when in fact he started using PEDs. But if we don’t take immediate and effective action then this can become a reoccurring issue. When one person gets away with one thing then others tend to believe that they can either fall in that same category or get away with something
