Killing an innocent individual is a big crime that is not condoned by any state or any court of the law. Killing is, therefore, a far-reaching crime for an innocent person. This is to mean murder is judged by the courts of law as a crime. The killing act might be acceptable only if done through several rules and demands such as the need for the courts of law (Goel & Dolan, 2004). For instance, a person judged to murder by the tribunal of justice because of some errors committed is allowed. However, this does not justify killing from being a crime. The fetus is part of the woman’s body and therefore every woman has the right to take care of what goes on to her fetus. It is seriously good for a lady to look after her fetus but keeping in mind that the fetus is always innocent (Goel & Dolan, 2004). The fetus is a part of a woman's body, but it has a right to live. Apparently, the fetus in every case is very innocent as has committed no errors to be judged by murder.
