The electoral college is highly under democratic which would allow somebody to be elected as president even if he or she had a smaller share of the total national vote. Another one is the structure of the Senate. It is really under democratic. For example, Wisconsin’s six million people getting the same representation in the Senate as California’s 36 million people. That isn’t exactly one person, one vote. This is why the Constitution needs to be made new. There are a lot of things that need to be fixed, so they should just make a whole new document.
In conclusion the Constitution should definitely be revised and made new. This is mostly because it is out of date. There are many reasons for this. One reason is at the time America consisted of only 13 states. Now it has 50 states. Another reason is it has already been changed 27 times. The third and final reason is because they still have to make more revisions to the Constitution. That is why the Constitution is out of date and it needs to be revised and made
