Is playing the lottery a good idea? The lottery is the chance for a person to win big in cash. They can win a couple thousand to over 50 million and more. Winning the lottery is very tricky as the odds are against you. This is because lottery companies hire people good with numbers to make it basically the odds 1 out of a billion. I think you should never play the lottery as it is a waste of money, it is hard to manage if you win.

Buying lottery tickets can become an addiction. You might not think it’s an addiction but when you start spending weekly on your ticket the money and the tickets adds up. If a ticket is $5, and you buy like 5 or 6 in a month that would equal around $30 monthly. Plus, to think about the amount you would spend in a year is mind boggling to most.This is a lot of money for getting nothing in return. If you win you will win a bag filled with cash. Usually when someone wins the bag of cash they will quit their job and will just try to have fun. This is atrocious because they will not manage it the money right. I mean they will not be careful and just spend like they have infinite dollars.
