One, the targets may have been bullied before. Now, they want to become one to be mean to other kids. Two, they would want to fight back. For example, a girl named Katie who was bullied last year, and had no friends. A year later, she had made new friends and was enjoying school. One day, she and her friends were chatting, and she saw her old bully. She decided there was only one thing left to do, fight back. With friends she knew she could get through this fight.
