Today technology is a big part of our lives and of course with young Americans, even if we want to avoid we can’t. In our present, technology is the tool that power use to unite us or break us apart. Base in the articles Why we Don’t complain? By William F Buclkey and There Are Two Americans by David Simon I will support my opinion and ideas how technology affect engagement among young Americans sometimes could be in a positive or negative way .

In today's life media is a precious tool could inform us or manipulate people with misleading information. Unfortunately who has the power of technology are the powerful classes that they want to keep control of us keeping us divided and hiding information to keep the power and keep us week. One example was after the 9/11 President Bush insisted that Iraq had nuclear weapons for mass destruction got to the point that invade the country and after destroy the country he had to recognize that there wasn’t such thing. Of course guns has a expiration day and we need wars to justify why we made guns and of course the people of power are who make those guns. Is scary how this world is playing a danger game, However that technology could help society fight back in a pacific and smart way becoming united not fighting only for us but fighting all together for the right of all of us, become less selfish and think more on the health of our society.
