Special aid programs for families of students provide students with a much needed personal security that will allow them to focus on their studies and not what they have to live with when they go home. There are hundreds of ways that the standardized tests can be improved to not only increase test scores but student health. Yet, despite the multiple improvements that can be made, standardized tests remain biased. Although standardized testing can be capable of measuring student intelligence, there little attempt to improve the test to correct bias. The test carries an immense influence on colleges and society in general, but the test’s importance in society is unprecedented, as a single biased test is capable of changing the future of students. Thus, for the standardized testing to be able to carry so much influence in society, it needs to be adjusted in a way that accounts for all problems that students face that affect test scores, limits the significance and influence of the test in society and continually improves to prevent new bias from
