I really enjoyed reading you post. I especially liked how you defined global care chains. I had not really thought about global care chains until this week's lecture and post but it has really opened my eyes on the whole topic in general. I feel like they have become more and more common as more parents start working outside the house (male and female) and now require caretakers to take care of their children. I find it incredibly surprising how a lot of these kids are now looked after by other people who have left their own families back in their own countries.
