Mrs. Garlick was born in Norfolk Virginia; in 1982 and graduated high school in Chesapeake, Virginia. Mrs. Garlick’s inspiration to become a Social Worker came from her paternal aunt who is also a practicing Social Worker. Mrs. Garlick has practice Social Work for the past 6 years working in different areas of the field, and gaining knowledge from each experience. Mrs. Garlick stated that her real experience in Social Work began the moment that she got her first job in the field. Mrs. Garlick says that she believes in the resiliency of people, and that is what pushes her forward every day. Mrs. Garlick is a proud wife, mother, and Social Worker.
