When Doesn T Run Without Seatbelts

In 2009, my father and I were driving home. My dad was not wearing his seatbelt. We drifted off the road and our car wrapped around a tree. My dad was severely injured and was in a coma for 2 months. This could have had a happier ending if he had remembered to put on his seatbelt. A car that doesn’t run without seatbelts in use would save lives and prevent severe injuries, and make all drivers and passengers safer. Obviously seatbelts would save lives, because they prevent passengers from flying forward through the windshield and those sitting in the back flying to the front. They also prevent injury in those who aren’t killed instantly. For these reasons, cars that do not operate when the seatbelt is not in use are the clear solution for
