What We Eat: The Red Panda Diet

The red panda consumes a very good nutrition and that's why there are skinny and they are not fat. During the spring they eat grass, bark, roots, lichens, flowers. They dine bird eggs, acorns, berries, mice, rats The pregnant red pandas eat lizards. They love sugar and they eat a lot of bamboos and they love them but a bad thing is that people go and destroy their habitat and steal some of their food.

Fossil evidence shows that the diet of a Simocyon would have a more general carnivorous diet instead of an herbivorous diet that both red and giant pandas have.…
