I believe that my level of mental and physical fitness has helped me to meet and exceed my goals associated with my accomplishments as many of those accomplishments are related to improving and supporting my mental and physical well-being. For example, some of my accomplishments include my ARCT (Associate of The Royal Conservatory of Music) in piano performance, level 10 violin, black belt in taekwondo, grade 8 ballet, etc. I believe that these accomplishments have not only provided me with a sense of achievement but they have also helped to keep my body and mind in a healthy and responsive state.
