The president of the united states has many responsibilities, there are 3 important roles the president has. The first one is that he is the Chief of State, this entails the president to perform ceremonial and non-political duties as the symbol of the United States. Second, he/she is also the Chief Executive. This role puts the president in charge of millions of government workers and allows him to choose advisers to help run the Executive branch.
