On March 02, 2017, without consulting or informing either Sgt. Bieberdorf, me or Captain Levin, Captain O’Donnell scheduled Deputy Lewis for a three-day training course. To my dismay, I only became aware of this training event when Erika was scheduling a hotel room. At no time did Captain O’Donnell consult or even inform me that she has arranged for one of the deputies under my supervision to be out of the office.
