When the rich do not want to mingle with the poor and vise versa for various prejudices, a problem then arises. This problem comes in many forms including support from politicians, segregation, and the reinforcement of stereotypes. Politically speaking the economic social classes become divided on issues over time due to their different needs and wants. Politicians for the most part choose one group or another, thus furthering the divide in the nation. The topic of segregation in this context is one not purely based on race but moreover the status in which people set themselves at. Furthermore, segregation is reinforced by the stereotype that minorities are the individuals who are poor. By simply stating a theoretical plan to fix America 's economy would be all too easy. Furthermore, evaluating one 's own thoughts and corresponding contributions can be a good start. Individuals should aspire to make more money to be able to give others a better life. And with that money not become arrogant in thinking you are better than those around you. For all humans are born and will die, the material value of your life makes no difference. There should be a moral obligation that comes with said money. Furthermore, considering where certain professions make their money from, or more simply who are these individuals taking this money from. For example, medical costs in the form of tests and even doctor visits are very expensive for those with no medical insurance. The pharmaceutical industry along with the medical field give large salaries however these practices are also responsible for charging high prices. Therefore, the individuals who go into the types of professions should be educated on where either he or she is receiving this money. Furthermore, doctors, lawyers, and other high paying executive positions should feel responsible to do good with the money they make rather than purchase over luxurious material possessions.
