What Is The Death Penalty Wrong

The Death Penalty otherwise known as capital punishment, is the sentence of death given by the court as punishment for a crime, it has been one of the most controversial topic. The people who receive the death penalty generally are convicted of murder and similar capital crimes like aggravated murder and felony murder. Fifty-six countries still contain the death penalty, and 103 have abolished it. But, it is the opinion of the writer that we should keep the death penalty. Take the case of Kermit Alexander, his mother, sister, and two nephews were mercilessly tortured and murder by a 18-year-old gang member, Tiqueon Cox.
