I believe that positive or negative discrimination of any kind is wrong. I completely understand that throughout our history minority groups have been prejudiced against in the past. But to implement a system of positive discrimination does not help the issue we have as a country. Actually having positive discrimination in its very nature we are discriminating against the other minorities. Positive discrimination was created only with good intentions and has helped thousands but it’s also feeding the stereotype that minorities are ill-equipped to hold the jobs that they worked hard for. This creates animosity towards minorities from people who think that minorities wouldn’t be able to advance in the world without positive discrimination.
