What Is Muscular Fitness?

Muscular fitness, which means the muscles can contract without feeling fatigue, depends on two components.
First component is the strength of muscles. According to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services muscle strength in fitness indicates how well muscles can exert force throughout exercise.
Simply, if muscles work regularly and continuously, the strength will increase and the muscle structure will change with time.
Also, Higher muscle strength reduces risk of bone fracture.
However, the researchers think that the gene variants have role in determining muscle strength differences among people generally.
