Part 1: After Boromir had been killed by the Uruk-hai, Frodo and Sam left continuing their quest to destroy the ring. The part of the fellowship that remained headed towards Rohan and were informed that the Uruk-hai had tried to take Merry & Pippin to Isengard but they escaped into Fangorn the forest where the Ents live. While in Rohan the fellowship helped out during the battle of Helm's Deep. In the forest Merry & Pippin Met an Ent named Treebeard. After being in the forest for a while the two hobbits and the Ents defeated the forces of Isengard. The fellowship met with Merry & Pippin at the gates of Isengard having defeated Isengard Gandalf was talking to Saruman when a stone called a Palantir fell from a window. That night Merry had looked into the Palantir leading Orcs to their location. …show more content…
Sméagol led them to the Black Gate only to find it guarded. So they headed south towards Cirith Ungol. When their camp was discovered by Faramir and his team. They took Frodo and Sam to a cave for a while. After Frodo and Sam were sent on their way they reached Cirith Ungol to discover that their path was blocked by a really big spider named Shelob who injured Frodo leaving Sam to complete the quest. But when a patrol of orcs came by they said that Frodo was still alive so Sam started chasing them to rescue
