What impact did the English Civil war have on the United State? The English civil war was one of the most significant war that occurred . The war involved king, Parliament , aristocracy , and the middle class . Many historians say that it did have a big impact on America others say it didn’t cause anything special. This war was one that tied up America with new innovations and different resources.
The problem or conflict was between the major superpowers on that time. Great Britain was trying to dominate France , Spain, and the Netherlands . The cause of the war was to cause the Parliament of Great Britain from establishing British troops from settling down in North America . What all this was , was to see who had more power the parliament or the king. Most of the things that lead to the war was due to King Charles I. He dissolved the Parliament 3 times , which lead to the beginning of the English Cilvil war.He forced to start a new prayer book so everybody in the Old World would follow his steps and be like him. But will that was going on a Rebellion was being formed . The puritans didn’t have a stable form of government. Their government came from the Old World , they would receive orders from Charles 1. The people had to pay more taxes on goods that came from their own country than those that would come in by trade. The Civil war did have a little change to the America . It helped establish a new and better way of government . And also brought livestock and different food that was not found in this country .
