What Caused The American Revolutions Between 1820 And 1860

Revolutions have followed each other throughout history in governments as long as people can remember. Eventually the tempers boil enough for a certain group to take action. These revolutions can be caused by multiple factors. Some countries will have a revolution because they see it happen in another country. Between the years of 1820 and 1860 there were quite a few revolutions in Europe, the busiest time being 1848. In 1848 there was a spike in revolutions all across Europe, but three stand out by far. The French, German, and Italian Revolutions were three of the biggest revolutions still being talked about to this day. Once you understand the background of these revolutions individually, the connections between them becomes more evident. The first and most noticeable revolution was the French revolution of 1848. This revolution was a stimulus for others to revolt and it was influence by unemployment, low wages, and an indifferent government. In February, there were large demonstrations in Paris which soon would turn into riots. Louis Phillippe was forced to step down because the of the riots, which allowed for France to create anew form of government called the Second Republic of France. This revolution gave some of the German people enough confidence to stand up to the government they did not support. The took back the government and made one which would help them all. The problem is that the solution they thought they had didn’t work for very long. The Italians had the same situation with their revolution. The difference being the old system of government going back into power for the Italians. The French people were struggling with similar economic
