China has two rivers: The Yellow and the Yangtze
The Early Chinese Civilization centered around the Yellow River Valley. It was a productive region efficiently accessed by travel on the river and without many geographical barriers. It quickly grew and expanded until it filled up most of the valley and developed a strong civilization. Along with the valley, the Eastern parts of China were able to develop stronger. By this, the fertile farmland produced more permanent civilizations. The Nomadic civilizations were in-different to the West area. It was more arid and difficult to survive in.
