What Are The Similarities Between Fly Away Home And Middle School

You would think that “Fly Away Home” by Eve Bunting and “Middle School” by James Patterson are very different which they are, but they have some similarities too. For example a common theme would be never give up. Andrew And Rafe both want something which is freedom. Andrew wants freedom from the airport which he is living in. Rafe wants freedom from middle school where he just wants to be himself.

In “Fly Away Home” Andrew and his dad never give up by saving money to buy a apartment. This show that andrew could have been inspired by the little brown bird that got stuck in the terminal that never gave up to get out. Andrew’s friend Denny and his family also save up to buy a apartment too. This shows how both Andrew, his dad, and Denny’s
