If a person in any way makes false or threats against the government they can be and will be arrested and punished. A right to bear arms is the second amendment (U.S. Const.amend II). which this was given to people for a right so they could own guns and be safe. It is also abused by our own people. Just like anything there are pros and cons. For example some of the pros would include being personally protected, self defense, law, hunting, or even within the military. The good news is not everyone can own a firearm. The law requires people to have a license, which include a background check. That however doesn’t stop criminal activity.
