Western Avenue Studio, is located in Lowell, Massachusetts. Is one of the largest artists’ community on the eastern seaboard of the U.S. It’s a brick mill building, hosted with many talented artist’; also a loft where they could stay over. Each room has its own uniqueness, depending on the artist. What stood out for me about was the interesting media, and creativity behind it. Artist Aaron Slater, with his glass art; he really caught my eye out of all of the others.
Seeing the building from outside, you would have never known that it was an art studio. Looks almost like a big factory, also with some buildings on the side. As soon as I got there, was already thinking: “what kind of building is this, it is so old.” But found it very interesting
