Clark et al (2015) discusses some implications to be a participant, such as signing an informed consent, having not received wellness coaching before, being over the age of 18, being an employee, and a few other caveats. Additionally the participants were to complete three questionairres, before, during, and after coaching (Clark et al., 2015).
