This week the CSM and I are conducting a visit to the Pittsburgh MRC (9A4) to include Wilkes-Barre MRS (9A4W) and State Collage MRS (9A4C) to continue to operationalize out Patriot Recruiting Spider Points shifting focus to small stations ensuring they are operating at market capacity. Simultaneously, the XO is conducting a Subsequence Company Inspection (SCI). In addition, our recruiting operation continue toward success with our current mission posture, AMEDD AOC Vol 126 / 448; AMEDD AOC Precision 0 / 95; CH mission: Vol 0 / 61; CH AOC Precision: 0/3. For the 12 December board we have 57 packets to board; of those packets we will potentially closing RA 66H with and without experience, 63N, 71B and AR 66S. Boston (9A2) conducted an HPSP presentation at the invitation of Providence College pre-health administration. There were 7 students in attendance of which 5 were interested in more information. As we continue to prospect we are using diplomacy to strengthen and improve our use of Webinars to develop leads for HPSP, our 13 December Webinar has 60 participants sign up to attend. Our Chaplain center is also using diplomacy to gain new ground, CH King and CH Hamm cultivate a positive relationship with the Reformed Presbyterian Theological Seminary in Pittsburgh. Furthermore, MDW (9A1) and NYC (9A3) collaborated with CPT Misuraca the Dental RIO at BDE for events focused on Dental Corp direct. MDWs (9A1) event was the UPENN Dental ASDA Vendor Fair, with the assistance of CPT Misuraca 11 attendees showed interest in learning more about opportunities as an Army Dentist. NYC (9A3) event was the Greater New York Dental meeting. With the assistance of CPT Misuraca, and LTC Mascarenhas a Reserve Dental SME the engaged 300 attendees and 20 showed interest in learning about being a Dentist in the

    The Highlanders had a productive two weeks of prospecting, processing, and training. I brought four CO Cmd teams in last week for quarterly Co Sustainment Training where we drilled into MAP, Battle Rhythm, Army doctrine on Commander’s Activities, RFA development, among many other topics. The development of the MAP for Chaplain and AMEDD remains a “stubby pencil” effort for the MRB until a digital MAP comes on line; we’ll continue to train in every training event.     When I delivered the teaching session, the experience was an overall success with students showing a clear interest and engaging in the lesson (Table 1, question 10, mean 4.3).
