Everybody has their own core values. Some cherish their core values more than others do. I have many core values that I find important to me. I'm currently living up to 4 out of my 10 values. My 4 core values are Trustworthiness, Honesty, Determination, and Love. Trustworthiness is very important to me. Growing up I learned that I can't trust everybody. I figured that out the hard way. Back in middle school, I had a group of friends. Alondra, Anahi and Leslie. We were all really good friends until trust started becoming an issue. I told them a lot of things the I found personal. They turned on me and told everybody, my personal stuff and It sucked. People made of fun of me, and called me names. Words can’t explain how terrible and frustrated …show more content…
Honesty is an overall trait that I expect people to have. Honesty is a major key. I feel like being honest and real with yourself and the people around you is what will get you through life. You can’t go through life just lying 24/7. Lying is absolutely wrong in my eyes. My core value of honesty comes from me growing up and being told lies after lies after lies. Me being lied to make me realize how much I hated it and how much I really wish people would be honest with me instead of lying. Honesty is one of the biggest thing in a relationship or just a general friendship. I’ve had a relationship with a guy that just lied to me so much that I couldn’t handle being in that relationship anymore. It literally tore me apart emotionally and mentally. Honesty is important, and I will continue to think the rest of my life. My Mom, Dad, and Michelle all take part as supporters of my honesty core value. They are the ones that lectured me from my toddler years until now that being honest to yourself and the people around you will get you through life and take you down a easy path instead of a hard path. I have really strict parents but good parents as well as older siblings. They all make sure I have my head on straight and make it through this difficult world we live in. They are my forever …show more content…

There is love between friends, love between a man and a woman, or love between a family. In my case I have all those types of love In my life. I have my two best friends Hanna and Christina, my family like my mom, dad, brothers, and sister, and my amazing boyfriend Craig. They all impact my life immensely. I love feeling wanted or liked/loved. It gives me a great feeling. A feeling of relief and happiness. My family, friends, and boyfriend all support my core value of love because they always show love towards me and they all believe love is something everyone should experience. I think so too, because love is a great feeling it makes you happy and happiness in life is healthy. Without love i can imagine a person always feeling down and depressed. They won’t have that lens in their life to see how important and great it feels to have people that love you. Real love will clear up the darkness in a person's life and bring joy to that specific person. Love is a huge deal to me. I will always want love to be in my life that is why it is one of my core
