Omar brushes his teeth, and walks towards the bed. He grabs the picture of Miriam and Ali that is standing on his nightstand.

OMAR

Good Night.

He puts the picture back on the nightstand.

SOUND: Loud sounds are coming from outside..

Omar looks out of the window.

Ext. Outside bedroom window - nighttime

People are running outside. There are a lot of explosions happening. People are screaming. Omar spots a little girl in the corner, she holds a teddy bear and is hiding in a corner. She is crying.

INT. BEDROOM - NIGHTTIME

OMAR

Oh no!

Omar runs down.

Int. Staircase - nighttime

Omar runs fast down the staircases. The walls are covered with pictures of Miriam and Ali.

INT. HALLWAY - NIGHT

Omar opens the door, he runs out.

OMAR

Hey little girl, my name is Omar, what a nice teddy bear you have.

The girl looks at Omar, her tears are dropping from her eyes, she is crying and crying.

OMAR

I will help you, where is your parents?

Little Girl (6)

(cries)

I... I... lost my mommy and daddy...

OMAR

No worries, we will find them.

LITTLE GIRL

(cries)

OMAR

What is the name of your teddy bear?

LITTLE GIRL

That is an easy name to remember. Listen this is not a safe place, we need to take cover.

SOUND: Another bombing hits. We see a building is collapsing on top of Omar and the Little Girl's head.

OMAR

INT. FIREPLACE - NIGHTTIME

Miriam suddenly wakes up all sweaty. She looks at the family photo.

MIRIAM

Oh Omar...

Ali wakes up, and looks up at his mom.

Are you ok Mom?

MIRIAM

Yes yes...I just had a bad dream, that's all, go back to sleep.

They both close their eyes, and goes to sleep.
