This paper is my reaction to the article Watergate. The article describes, in detail, what events went down during the Watergate Scandal. The scandal started in June of 1972 when 5 men broke into the Democratic National Committee headquarters and were charged for burglary. Over the course of the scandal, 28 of Nixon's aides and officials were charged with crimes that were connected to the President. President Nixon finally resigned in August of 1974.
