“We keep moving forward, opening new doors, and doing new things, because we’re curious and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths” (Walt Disney). Curiosity is an advantageous tool for life. It leads to many situations, such as the positive ones of Walt Disney’s. In Disney’s situations, he made his curiosity run on creativity. As shown in Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Walt Disney was a very creative individual. True love’s kiss shows that Walt Disney was imaginative. It all started when Snow White’s stepmother, the Evil Queen, grew jealous of her. The Queen was told that Snow White was prettier than she was; causing immense envy in her, the Queen demanded a huntsman to murder her. Fortunately, the huntsman spared her life, and the princess was able to escape to a cottage in the woods. Nevertheless, the Wicked Queen managed to put Snow White under the Sleeping Death. From her double personality mirror, to her rehearsed transformation, to her magically brewed poisoned apple, the Queen's magic was a productive aspect of Walt Disney's Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. She magically invented her mirror to talk to her. The double-sided mirror normally told it's creator that she was the most beautiful woman in the kingdom; but one day it told her that her stepdaughter was the fairest in the land. Likewise, she wondrously transformed herself into a witch so that she could vengefully, attack Snow White. Correspondingly, she marvelously concocted a poisonous apple, which she deceived her stepdaughter into eating. All three examples of the Queen's magic disregarded the status quo and showed Walt Disney's ingeniousness. All things considered, Walt Disney's innovation shone throughout Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. Disney's curiosity led him to create this igneous movie, which shows his artistic mind through true love's kiss, the seven dwarfs, and the Wicked Queen's

Snow White is one of the most famous fairy tale in the world and known by everyone. There are hundreds of adaptations in forms of stories, movies, and songs. George Murphy’s criticisms of the Brothers Grimm version of Snow White and Charles Perrault’s version of Snow White are both well written and planned, although some claims are a little far-fetched. I chose to write about Snow White due to the eternal popularity this story holds.…

When Disney released its first animated film, “Snow-White and the Seven Dwarves”, it became an instant classic. Since then, the cheery chirpy version of the story is what has stayed in the hearts and minds of young readers. The story is based off of the Grimm Brother’s version of the tale; although by no means the oldest version of the story, it is the most popular version known by readers today. However, although the image of the Disney version is bright, even the cleaned up version written by the Grimm Brothers is significantly darker than what most people might have in mind when they think of “Snow-White”.
