Constant changes is a norm in today’s world especially in business. Walt Disney is a very successful organization that stood the test of time for over 80 years. In 2015 their theme park celebrated its 60th anniversary. You would wonder how Walt Disney made this far and until now we are so fascinated by it. Young and old still get so excited when we go to Disneyland or Disneyworld. Walt Disney stood the test of time because as a company they are true to their mission, which is “ To be one of the world’s leading producers and providers of entertainment and information. Using their portfolio of brands to differentiate their content, services and consumer products, they seek to develop the most creative, innovative and profitable entertainment
