The antioxidant properties of vitamin E protect lung cells in constant contact with oxygen and white blood cells that help fight disease. Deficiency risks of vitamin E are rare and are more commonly found in premature babies and people cannot absorb fats. Just like any other vitamin, having too much vitamin E can also harm the body and especially people taking blood thinning medication. Water soluble vitamins are vitamins not stored in the body and are found in many foods and fresh vegetables. Foods containing high concentrations of vitamin B-complex are mostly found in peas, liver, pork and in legumes. Vitamin B-complex has many benefits some of them include helping the body with its nervous system and it also helps people to have better mental function and fewer senility and memory problems.
