Technology became a great role in improving science teaching, as students faces a lot of hazards and accidents in the laboratory while performing experiments in physical and chemical labs, which are frequently the consequence of carelessness or ignorance whichever by student or by the supervisors.
1.1. Overview
Virtual laboratory is developed and designed to help students use chemical tools through desktop application. The virtual laboratory is an interactive environment for creating and conducting simulated experiments, through set of integrated components that are used together to form a distributed and collaborative space for science. Multiple geographically-dispersed laboratories and institutes use the virtual laboratory to plan, and perform experiments as well as share their results. Supplying virtual smart tools that represent components to allow users to get a near realistic feeling for experiments and to avoid many hazards in safety, and can be used anywhere and anytime. As safety n laboratories not determined by own actions, it also based on actions of others. Supervisors are not around of the most of time. The use of laboratories depends on marinating a safe working environment.

Expert systems are small software uses databases of expert knowledge to offer advice or making decision in the chemical area. Databases that Artificial intelligence techniques depends on was implemented using Microsoft SQL databases and dotNet programming language. Unity engine was linked to expert system using dotNet programming language via Microsoft visual studio. Graphical user interface in unity running through C# scripts, and linked to expert system using dotNet programming code converted to DLL files, and imported to unity
