Many video games including Grand Theft Auto, Call of Duty and Assassins Creed are just a few of many popular games that include blood, gore, intense violence, strong sexual content and the use of drugs. According to The Pew Research Center, ‘in 2008 97% of adolescences ages 12 to 17 played some type of video game, and majority played action games that involved the use of violence.
