Vinny and Joe-Boy are best friends. They are not completely the same though. They have many differences and similarities, like what kind of personalities they have. These two boys are characters in “The Ravine”, a book where the author uses character traits to describe Vinny and Joe-Boy.
Now here are the differences between them. Vinny is scared that he will find the dead body of a boy named Butchie. He is also very cautious of where is stepping, so he doesn’t fall.
