Video games do cause aggression in some children/adults. It doesn't happen to everyone, but it does happen to most. The risk of your child's behavior becoming more aggressive over video games is very limited. The reason I agree that video games can have that effect on some people is because, those who play violent video games tend to use the violence in the video games and use it in the real world.
August 19, 2015 scientist ran a test to see if the myth about video games affecting a child's/adult's behavior. The child they ran a test on name was John florez. John was a 11 year old boy who loved video games, he was kind, generous and very sweet, moreover john was the most loving child his mother could ask for. Johns mother said that she had become worried for her son, so she called in a therapist to see him. The therapist name was dr. wison. What Dr.Wilson did was draw random thing like a circle on a dry erase board to see what John would see in his point of view.
