Ultrasound imaging is widely used in clinical applications due to its intuitive, non-invasive, expedient, safety and low cost. The ultrasound with high resolution can be used to visualize the inflamed Appendicitis and can be used to assess a variety of relevant disease [5]. The early and accurate diagnosis of appendicitis can decrease the morbidity and hospital cost by decreasing the delay in diagnosis of appendicitis disease and its associated complications, as well as by avoiding in-patient observation prior to surgery for patient who presents with typical symptoms. Furthermore, ultrasound may provide alternate diagnosis which might be treated on outpatient basis
