Nonverbal Communication speaks the loudest when we are talking to somebody. Communication doesn’t just depend on your verbal communication, but eye contact, posture, facial expressions, gestures, and tone of voice also is a big part. The ability of knowing how to use your nonverbal communication can actually help build new or stronger relationships and it lets people express or reinforce the relationship between people, provides feedback to the other person and sets the movement of communication whether it’s a friend, stranger, someone professional or a loved one. You can show joy, gloom, disgust or guilt without saying a single word. It wouldn’t make sense if someone was talking to you about something depressed and you had a content face. In fact, you would probably lose trust from the other person drawing the relationship apart or hurting it.
