In the age we live in children and young adolescents are running just as busy as adults. On a daily basis they need to get to school, their extracurricular activities, tutoring, lessons, appointments, etc. A lot of parents also need daycare time for their young ones. According to the U.S. census Bureau families with employed parents have to increasingly pay daycare costs. That is why a well trusted and certified child daycare and taxi service would go a long way with convenience, price bundling, and a peace of mind for the modern parents who are on the go and need to rely on a trusted place that does full finger prints, thorough background checks/credit checks, drug testing, training, etc. Demographically, …show more content…
The smartphone application gives parents the comfort of knowing exactly where their kids are as they are traveling to places they need to be in the G.P.S. operated taxi. As far as the people who work there go, each taxi will have a friendly, professional, and trained driver.
When the children are in daycare they are in the guide of at least three staff members per ten to twenty kids depending on the age range. The taxi and daycare system will be synergizing but also operating separately since parents have the options of using them separately or bundling them together on a day to day basis. The price bundling of this venture will be used as a competitive advantage in the market as the price lowers with use of both resources that the company has to offer. The child day care costs will start with $10/hour for infants to as far as $60/hour for young teens that are taking multiple activities. The taxi will have an initial charge of $2.00 with an addition of .20/mile. For parents who are also planning on using the daycare system in that day the initial taxi fee will be waived and they will be only charged .10 per additional mile.
