Venezuela is socialist country but lately is has been in a bad financial situation. Russia has helped Venezuela for the past year. The president from Russia is not sure whether he should lend more money to help with Venezuela financial or to just back out and let them deal with it on their own. Venezuela is in at least more than$65 billion in debt included all the expenses with state oil and gas companies. If Russia keeps helping Venezuela, and it could reduce its dept.
Before, when Hugo Chavez was president, they would have plenty of bonds and take more money to meet their obligations when it came down to debts, but that didn’t do anything. It put the country in a bigger financial situation later on. Venezuela is a socialism country, ehich
