The four valves of the heart are mitral, aortic which is on the left side of the heart and tricuspid, pulmonary on the right side of the heart. Normally valve ensures the blood flow in appropriate direction and in appropriate time. Valvular heart disease occurs frequently on the mitral and aortic valve, causes valves to become too narrow and hard (Stenotic) to flow in and out. Severe cases of valvular heart disease lead to congestive heart failure
