DISCRETIONARY
A business must decide if such stakeholders are deserving their attention when they only have a claim of legitimacy to the organisation.
DEFINITIVE
When a stakeholder has all atributes power, legitimacy and urgency they are definitive. Managers should always prioritise these stakeholders.
DEPENDENT
Dependent stakeholders can’t influence an organization even though they have urgent and legitimate attributes.
DANGEROUS
These are the stakeholders that have both power and urgent attributes but do not have a legitimate claim.
DEMANDING
These stakeholers have an urgent claim but do not warrant attention from management.

According to Mitchell et al. (1997) discretionary and urgent stakeholders should not be ignored because if these stakeholders can gain a second attribute, or align with other stakeholders
