The assessment indicates that the family value hard work and honesty. They also value their religion, family traditions, and practices as well as celebrate religious holidays like christmas. The assessment also identified that the family exercises and tries to eat health so as to maintain and improve health. Members of the family are in good health with no one currently sick.

The assessment shows that the family prefers cooking their own meals to eating outside. The family eats vegetables, fruits, spaghetti, meat ball, potato, and beaf, also drinks water, coffee, and soft drink. Members of the family gets their health information through their health care providers and also through the internet. They seek professional care from their care providers. The parents make health care decisions in the family. This shows that the family has a positive approach to health and has the ability to understand and follow directions, retain information, make decisions, and solve problems when they arise.
Sensory-Perception
All family members was reported to have perfect sensory perception and to have no problem using them. No one in the family uses hearing aids,eye glasses e.t.c. No skin breakdown was noticed and all the senses were working perfectly.
Self-Perception
All family members said they feel good about themselves, and that they love and respect each other. Parents wanted a change that will let them spend more time with their kids. The assessment indicated that the family value each other and has a great sense of self perception.
