Uranus is the seventh planet of our Solar System for which scientists have about information due to the distance from this planet and Earth (a minimum of 1.6 billion miles [51]). Up until recently, our ability to observe it from afar was near non-existent. This icy gas giant experiences periods of day and night which last for 42 Earth years due to its 110 degrees axis tilt [14]. Uranus is not as stormy as Jupiter or Saturn, but within the 'Spring' section of the plant, where both cold and warm air meet, storms systems are active [25].
Uranus' atmosphere is mostly composed of
82.5% Hydrogen
15.2% Helium
And 2.3% Methane [7].
This elements are the same that result in the fire hazard aforementioned in both Saturn’s and Jupiter’s environments.
Information for this planet was mainly collected by one spacecraft, the Voyager 2, during a fly by in 1986. Now we have accumulated more information from long distance observations and storms such as Neptune’s Great Dark Spot were discovered, contrary to the first observations that revealed just a bland disc of a planet. Only the problem of their storms which could be overcome through the stabilisation of the orbiting stations, or even orbiting in the direction of the wind to greatly reduce friction. The same can be said for Neptune, but with the increased difficulty of being home to the fastest known winds in the universe, once overcome that is the only major problem that any human would be faced from the planet which we know
