The evil Mr. Catbert is very unprofessional and unapproachable. As soon as the employee walks into his office he immediately starts to attack him which in return makes the employee on a defensive mode. Mr. Catbert also attempts to get the employee to sign a confession that he did not do and on top of that he forges the employee Dilbert signature. After the employee Dilbert exits the room Mr. Catbert announces over the PA system that Dilbert has signed the confession, and directs that other employees should start to treat him inappropriately. Everything that has happened in this video are examples of what not to do when dealing with an employee. Confessions and discussions should be kept in a private setting. Only the required parties
