Unniggon: A Short Story

Today is a happy day in the kingdom of Unniggon. Today is the 12th anniversary of King Ben's recognition into the throne. Ben was one of the best rulers in Uniggon history. King Ben today however wasn’t enjoying his recognition. He was leaving to go find a long lost friend, Fang. Nobody really knows why he was going to find Fang. He is just a mystery to the world. But anyways, Ben started his way in his journey to what people think is the impossible. Ben traveled for three hard months before finding civilization. He came upon a small town called Snakeburg. The town had a few shops here and there, but over all not much. Ben walked over to the first person he saw and asked where he could find a map. There was 3 bears against the two of them. Bear #1 tried to hit Jimmy, but Jimmy was very fast, and bear#1 missed. Ben pulled out Striker and went to work. He attacked bear #1 while he was distracted with Jimmy, Ben slashed bear #1’s leg. He howled in pain, and bear #2 and 3 charged. Bear # 2 was about to crash into Ben but an arrow smashed its eye, and then injected poison into the bear. Bear #3 was hesitant, but Ben wasn’t, he cut bear #3’s shoulder in half. All three bears ran away. Ben said “ Nice shot Jimmy!” he said “Hey I learned from the best.” Ben snickered and kept on going. Ben and Jimmy reached Ork Mountain about 4 months after they began. They were excited to get their, but they still had to climb up a pretty steep mountain. They strategized how to get up, but they couldn’t figure out how. Ben finally gave up and stuck his sword in the side of the mountain, and just tried to find footholds from there. Jimmy did the same but with two arrows. It took them two whole days to make it up the mountain. Jimmy made it there first and the first sight he saw was a big black panther and got so scared he fell from the mountain.
