As airman we are taught and trained, very early in our careers to have respect for rank, and the ultimate mission of the Air Force. Disregarding the rules and standards set in place, there comes disciple. Depending on the severity of the act, dictates the punishment. Without having each individual, from the highest ranking commander to the lowest enlisted ranking the goal and the mission will not be met. Without having the different standards in places, set by command and the commanders, there will be no discipline.
