The Russian government is so bad that if they changed their army it would be for the best because of everything that has happened. Losing a war to country can define how your country is going to defend itself in a major was with someone else, that’ll probably know all your tricks and get you from behind. President Boris Yeltsin proposing for a better army, “restore the prestige” (Yeltsin) and “You are tired of hardships” are the main reasons for change in his country. Yeltsin is defending himself because of the allegations he’s said “ruining both the army and Russia itself,” the officers plead to organize in the pursuit of legal rights. The head slate Viktor Chernomyrdin seems to be getting his country together and angling his army for when he needs it. Some countries continue to spend billions even though there is no clear threat to their country. Countries say they are building weapons for defensive purposes but countries like America still send troops to foreign countries. Even though weapons sold to other countries may be used for bad purposes countries still believe that they still need to keep selling weapons. Many think that the more amounts of weapons a country has the more security issues it will have. Many blame that because of the amount of weapons the US is sending to other ally countries we are becoming a bigger threat to terrorism attacks. Most can see why the US is sending weapons and troops to foreign countries. They are showing that they are still a world power and will be for a while.
