I respect just about every individual I know for their different reasons. Each individual has a special talent about them and I tend to hold them to their special talent whether it is because they make me laugh or because they always have good stories to tell. I learned from this survey that I am a little straightforward. When I have a good relationship with an individual I am not afraid to tell them the truth even though I know it may hurt their feelings. It has never made me lose a friend or a relationship, but it has always made it stronger. Others tend to respect me as well for how truthful I am because I will even fess up when I make a mistake because that is how you learn. I also learned that I am not as friendly as I used to be. I used to just go up to people and start talking to them, but now I am quieter and tend to avoid them. The older I have got the more I tend to keep to myself, unless I have a strong relationship with someone already. For the most part, this survey was right for me since I do get along with others

Throughout this semester, we have been giving multiple opportunities to demonstrate our knowledge through practical evaluations and competency assessments. Within these assessments we have had to demonstrate how to properly establish the patient relationship, proper use of radiation devices and equipment, adhere to specific safety protocols for the patient and evaluating the images for any corrective actions. Throughout the semester we have done self reflection on how we think we did in the assessments. These are often done after competency tests in my procedures class and after practical evaluations in my patient management class.…

The assessment that I chose for this assignment was from the Box 11.4: Perceived leadership Integrity Scale (PLIS) because I wanted to have a clear understanding about the behaviors/perceptions based on integrity. This questionnaire used a set of numbers from 1= not at all 2= somewhat 3= very much 4= exactly, in order to answer 31 questions. These numbers indicate how well each item describes immediate supervisors/leaders.…

The self-assessment test that was required for our unit 2 assignment helped to identify your strengths and weakness of education. I think that this self-assessment is just to serve as a baseline to help identify main areas you as a person think you are lacking in, and could improve upon. I did see a reoccurring pattern of poor time management and planning skills, but did not learn anything new about my strengths or weaknesses as a person from this self-assessment. I feel that a more in-depth assessment that asked questions to identify knowledge of some of the subjects within the assessment would help a little more with identifying…
